On the 10.07.2006 the companies, involved in bunker operations and petroleum products transshipment in Saint-Petersburg (Sea Port, Nevsky Gulf, Finnish Gulf) started to file applications for the Register.

The Russian standard forms of tanker freight contract (the tanker bareboat charter and time charter) were developed.

The principles are adopted by the General Meeting of the Association on the 22nd June 2006.
