On 19/10/11 in Russian State Duma took place a meeting between Vladimir Sergeev, the Chairman of Association's Board of Directors and Viktor Pleskachevsky, the Chairman of Property Committee of State Duma. Participants had duscussed self-regulation model specifics in different fields of enterprise activities. After exchanging views about self-regulation differences in bunkering vessels they came to general opinion of importance to introduct the self-regulating system in the field.
As a result of a meeting it was agreed to include Vladimir Sergeev in a Committee of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Businessmen (RUIB) of self-regulation development. Committee considers self-regulation strategic questions in Russian Federation. The RUIB consolidate position is based on this comittee and will be represent in public authorities.
