Russian Association of Marine and River Bunker Suppliers was founded on the 23rd June 2005. The Charter was adopted on the first meeting of Association this day in Gorniy Institute, Saint-Petersburg.
On the 10.07.2006 the companies, involved in bunker operations and petroleum products transshipment in Saint-Petersburg (Sea Port, Nevsky Gulf, Finnish Gulf) started to file applications for the Register.
